Policy on Appeal

An author can appeal for some suggestions from the peer reviewers if they can not be reasonably combined by sending a rebuttal email. The managing editor elevates the matter to the editor in chief for resolution, which is communicated in writing. When the appeal has legal content, such as requesting the removal of a digital copy of his published research, the appeal will be submitted to the lawyer for advice on the resolution. The editor in chief makes the final decision.
